It's been awhile

It's not that there's nothing to tell you or that nothing is going on - I JUST DON'T HAVE ANY TIME!! With Scott's travel and Libby getting closer to that 3 year old mark - that's when the Early Intervention services stop here at the house and she "graduates" into the school system - yippie - can you feel the happiness (NOT).

Anyway - I took both kids to the pumpkin patch this afternoon. Libby and I had already been there once with her pre-school class, but Chris wanted to pick out a pumpkin himself. Libby had trouble in the fields with tripping over the vines, and then when we went to the kids area, she had trouble climbing up the huge blow up slide - needless to say, she was not the happiest camper.

As I sit at my desk, the picture on my calendar is the pumpkin patch from last year - look how much both kiddos have changed!!! (OK, and last year, it was pants and a sweater for Libby - this year, it was perfect at about 74 degrees). The best part of the day - sharing the joy of a caramel apple with my kids!!!
