Duck Update - Wed, 5/14

I feel like I have another kiddo to watch after - I've been checking up on our Duck (named Daisy, by Chris) every couple of hours. I was a little nervous yesterday as it was much colder and raining all day, but Daisy did great.

She leaves a couple of times a day - flies off to somewhere, to do something (I'm sure our version of errands). She's got these blue-ish feathers underneath, but most of the time you can't see them, but I did catch a little on film when she was re-adjusting on her nest.

Here is a pic of the nest (you can see one egg under all of the feathers) and of Daisy. I'm trying to document a lot of this as it's exciting, but just in case something happens, I'm trying not to make too big a deal for Chris.
